ASXC Series Angular Accelerometer
ASXC Series Angular Accelerometer*
The Jewell ASXC Series Fluid Rotor Angular Accelerometer is a force balamnce servo accelerometer that uses a fluid-filled ring chamber to measure angular acceleration. The ASXC is currently used in a wide variety of applications including many military and aviation flight controls including autopilot or aircraft stability and control systems or satellite stability. The ASXC Angular Accelerometers are available in several standard Input Ranges from 1 to 100 rad/sec2. They operate with an Input Voltage of +/- 15 VDC and Input Current of 25 mA, and an Operating Temperature range of approximately -30 to 70 degrees Celsius. The ASXC Angular Accelerometers are designed to be small and lightweight, are extremely repeatable, and offer a very high output with excellent accuracy and stability. ASB Series Angular Accelerometer

The JEWELL ASB Series Angular Accelerometer is a general purpose devise made for industrial, commercial, and aerospace sensing requirements. Its many applications include antennae stabilization, torque measurement, flight control systems, automotive testing, and optical system stabilization. Download Info Sheet.

JEWELL accelerometer units are fully self-contained. They connect to a DC power source and a readout or control device for a complete operating system. The output is a high-level DC signal proportional to the applied acceleration. Our accelerometers respond to changes in acceleration as small as 1mG., hysteresis less than 0.0005% of full range output and vibration rectification less than 5mg/g2.
