Custom Higher Level Assembly
Jewell Instruments' engineers have designed many custom solutions. Our Custom Higher Level Assembly is an example of such a solution that contains a unique frameless open frame solenoid.
It consists of a coil assembly, a plunger and a slug that acts as a stop. Costing was the critical element of design. In addition to the solenoid, the assembly has two diodes, a photo sensor, a connector, a PCB and an injection molded two piece enclosure.
